Homeschooling for Success

It is just like my Mom or my grandmother’s thought that kids are supposed to study at school. Well, it is indeed true when I was still kids and the world is not as advance and sophisticated as now. Besides, getting a school for my daughter is not an easy thing to do, more over my husband and I are quite busy with our own job.

We both prefer to have our daughter’s education at home; we call and get someone to teach her with appropriate lessons within her age. The system of this homeschooling tends to be the best of educational systems I ever know. There are many sources to use in the house and my daughter could feel convenient during the lesson. Online media is available there in the house and familiar and comfortable study room is quite spacious to be used.

The teacher introduces herself and also the curriculum of what will be taught to my daughter. Looking at syllabus at the proposed curriculum, I learn this homeschooling curriculum is apparently just the same as what common kids get in the school. Therefore, I don’t think that there will be problem with the lesson and the ability of my daughter to absorb the lesson, as long as it is still at her level and age. I love her and I don’t want her to be left behind from what her friends get in their study.

I am sure that in my age of school year, there had never been any curriculum in using computer or something similar. Yet now, a lot of schools are providing computer to ease the lesson; even some schools have internet connection to use during lesson. My daughter will also be studying in accordance with the curriculum online and the teacher will guide her how to use the educating programs available in the internet. Apparently, those educational programs online also always refer and follow the curriculum based on the level of the students. This is somewhat amazing for me as I and my husband never had this kind of teaching method. My daughter is lucky, as well as the other students who are doing their studying activities today.

West hollywood salon

This is not the first time I am in this city but I still need more time to find out any details of Los Angeles, or at least some important parts or places where I could do some shopping, get my nail polished, do some aerobics or do some pilate exercises.

What I know from my sister who has lived here with her husband for more than five years is the West Hollywood salon which is only few miles from her house and the best place for her to get hair dressed. She said that the place is quite big and there are always many people in the salon. Some hairdressers are sometimes called to hairdressing famous actors or actresses in Hollywood, and my sister often happens to meet some world celebrities in the salon. Wow!

However, it is not the only salon in Los Angeles; there are still more available downtown or within these areas of housing. However, my sister does not know much since she likely does not go out so much. Hence, in short, she only knows the salon in West Hollywood.

Apparently, it is not because of her limitation of wandering Los Angeles that she knows little about salons or hairdressers in the city; it is rather more that there are not many places as complete as the one mentioned. The salon also provides some services on facial beauty, skin care and stamina pilates reformer. These are all the winning point of the salon and not many other salons as such provide similar services. And this is also why my sister apparently prefers not to seek for other salon for her necessity; this one is already perfect for her; and I guess for me, too.
